Rory refers to any day that she isn't going to school as a "Mom, Dad and Rory Day." These days are so special to me. It means that I get to catch up on housework, laundry, and sometimes sleep, but more than that, it means I get to spend quality time with Rory. When they come four at a time, it's even better! We get to hang out in our PJ's for hours. No rush getting ready, making anything she wants for breakfast, and getting lots and lots of snuggles. This morning, watching Rory laugh and play, filled me with joy.
